When you purchase merchandise, coffee, apparel, skateboarding gear, or any other items through Grim vs Grit:

 

• Prices listed do not include taxes or shipping unless stated

• Orders may be canceled or refunded at our discretion

• All payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Wix Payments, PayPal, or others)

 

 

We do not store your credit card information.

 

 

 

3. Shipping & Returns

 

 

We strive to process orders quickly and accurately.

 

Returns:

Products may be returned or exchanged only if they are unused and in original condition.

Custom items may not be returnable unless defective.

 

Shipping:

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier are not the responsibility of Grim vs Grit, but we will assist when possible.

 

 

 

4. Assumption of Risk (Skateboarding, Events & Activities)

 

 

By participating in any Grim vs Grit activities — including but not limited to skate sessions, demonstrations, lessons, pop-up events, or on-site use of ramps or equipment — you acknowledge:

 

• Skateboarding and similar activities involve risk of injury

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

• Grim vs Grit LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen belongings

 

 

Participants may be required to sign additional waivers for certain events.

 

 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

• Grim vs Grit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved

 

 

This limitation applies to all legal theories, including contract, negligence, or other claims.

 

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

 

All logos, branding, artwork, product designs, and website content belong to Grim vs Grit LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute our materials without written permission.
